The safety precautions and key processes for operating a peanut oil press are as follows:
1、 Preparation before equipment use
Security check
Check if all fasteners are loose and if the handle rotates flexibly
Manually rotate the pulley to confirm no abnormal noise, and add 20 # or 30 # mechanical oil to the gearbox
System debugging
Adjust the screw counterclockwise to make contact between the pressing screw and the cake ring, then turn it clockwise for 3-5 turns and tighten the nut
Set the temperature controller to 120-180 ℃ (adjusted according to the fuel), and wait for the green light to turn red to reach the set temperature
2、 Operation process specification
Material feeding control
Use a wooden stick to clear the hopper, and metal tools or manual operation are strictly prohibited
Maintain uniform feeding to avoid material interruption, idle running, or excessive feeding leading to blockage
Operation monitoring
Do not turn the cake wheel or twist the screw shaft during operation
The smoke from the cake outlet needs to be extracted through a protective cover, and cooling measures need to be taken for continuous operation
3、 Shutdown and maintenance
Shutdown process
Stop feeding first, add crumbs to empty the squeezing chamber, and then turn off the power
Long term parking requires cleaning of oil residue and application of rust proof oil, and covering of the squeezing cage to prevent dust
Oil filtration operation
Start the vacuum pump to form negative pressure filtration, and prohibit scraping slag under negative pressure
The dry residue of the filter cloth needs to be removed with a scraper and then oil should be drained
4、 Special Warning
The electric motor must be grounded, and the oil must be cleaned of stones and metal impurities
During the grinding and pressing stage, old cake materials should be slowly fed in to avoid the squeezing screw getting stuck
